Plot: It tells the story of Puneet [Ajay Devgn] and Munmun [Konkona], a married couple living in Mumbai. Toh Baat Pakki works like a Priyadarshan [ Images ] drama devoid of the outrageous plot and the utterly watchable hero, and we're served up a bland, preposterously dated 'comedy' with lame jokes and little to laugh at.
Director Kedar Shinde tries hard to channel the w****some humour of comedies like those of Basu Chatterjee and Hrishikesh Mukherjee, elaboratey stagey pieces of extremely family-friendly fare. But what he doesn't realise is that those films were masterpieces of plot and dialogue, and that just having people smile a lot doesn't make up for the complete lack of a script.

Plot
Avi is an easygoing, h***le free guy in a relationship with Sonia, a working fashion model. Photography has been his p***ion since school and college; Avi grew this p***ion into a life long career as a fashion photographer. It was through his various ***ignments that he met Sonia. Their mutual interest and the common nature of their careers brought them closer.
Sonia was an under-confident, reserved and timid girl before she met Avi. In Avi she found her confidence, her strength, and her love. It was instantaneous. Avi simply adored her and she loved him for that. Avi also became her confident and her best friend. His open nature and respect for Sonia's opinion mattered a great deal to her. She reposed complete faith, trust and love in Avi.
